Dr. Matthew Fines

General Dentist

Dr. Matt Fines is a proud lifelong resident of the Interlake having been born and raised in Stonewall, Manitoba. Following graduation from Stonewall Collegiate in 1999, Dr Fines attended 3 years of post-secondary education at the University of Winnipeg before completing his dental training at the University of Manitoba in 2010. Following 4 years of practice in Steinbach, Dr. Fines moved his practice to Selkirk, Manitoba to work along with Dr. Heinz Scherle and Dr. Peter Kowal. When not practicing dentistry Dr. Fines enjoys spending time with family, riding bikes at the cabin or watching a Blue Jays game.
Dr. Meghan McKenzie

General Dentist

Dr. Meghan McKenzie was born and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba. She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology and later at the University of Manitoba with a Doctor of Dental Medicine.

Throughout dental school Dr. McKenzie was involved in many extracurricular activities such as being the Co-Director of Programming on the Manitoba Dental Student’s Association as well as being a TA to first year dental students. She is currently involved with the University of Manitoba Dental Alumni Association.

Dr. McKenzie loves all aspects of dentistry and has a continuing desire to learn. With her kind, calm and caring personality Dr. McKenzie loves to interact with her patients and see how she can provide them with the best dental care.

In her spare time Dr. McKenzie enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, hiking and traveling. She is excited to join Interlake Dental and is pleased to accept new patients!
